TGIF

So I just ordered some new clothes online, and although this is pretty much a summer outfit, I was so excited to wear it that I decided to just throw some tights on and suffer the cold. I love, love, love studs and fringe so this combination was too much too resist.  Oh, and I gotta have my Levi cutoffs of course.  I don’t have big plans this weekend. I have this singing competition Saturday morning and a school dance that night, but hopefully I can fit some partying in sometime! Kidding...sorta. Hope you guys have a great weekend!

velvet.

I made this dress in fashion class at school and I was really excited to wear it.  Yeah, I know, kinda dorky. But I was really excited about it! I thought it was going to be really warm outside, because of the velvet and the fur boots and all, but it was actually cold as ****, as you can tell by the snow.

They don't say pain is beauty for nothing.

Sorry we skipped a few days, we have both been super busy with auditions for our school musical-Phantom of the Opera.  But here’s my latest outfit,

I love the whole grunge look and I'm especially obsessed with LEATHER.  Anything leather: I’ll wear it.  I paired it with the bow tights and vintage

looking oxfords to add some girly to it.

we like cats.

I tried to be all artsy and bring my cat Dinah outside and take some pictures with her.  Obviously it didn't really work....Rachel and I just took a Goodwill trip (the greatest store ever) and I found this gem of a shirt for like 4 bucks.  So naturally, laden with about ten articles of clothing each, we ran into a dressing room together and modeled in front of the mirror.  Then my mom banned me from shopping at Goodwill for a while. It's actually quite sad.  Good thing I can get Rach's mom to drive us...

Also, I'm obsessed with these clogs.  My mom and sister told me they were impractical, but they were on clearance at Nordstrom so I got them anyways.  And besides, my mom was paying.

new in town.

for my first post i thought i'd start with some of my favorite colors to wear: black and army green. i kind of have a thing for loose knits and the whole military trend. my friends had to ban me from buying more army green...it was getting pretty bad. this is my interpretation of the balmain and burberry prorsum runway shows (my favorite designers!).

oh and i like rings. a lot.
